Description:
Startup with incredible medical breakthrough. Team of doctors has figured out how to grow new tissue which has MANY applications. They already have 8 patents. The executive team has experience with multiple medical startup exits (IPO, buyout from Johnson & Johnson, etc.). Teh stock will be on the NASDAQ in Q1 of 2026 and the medical breakthrough will be available in the Spring of 2026.
Return:
They cannot make promises. The expectation is a return of at least 10X within about 3 years.
Risk:
This is a startup and has high risk. With that said, they have reduced the risk by having a team that has had multiple medical startups.
Liquidity:
This is not liquid. The expectation is that there will be a return of the initial investment within approximately 18 months and then a larger return in 3-4 years.
Tax Consequences:
Return of initial investment is not taxable. Distribution of gains will be a long term capital gain.

No time required other than the screening call, paperwork signing and transfer of funds.

First of all, no promises are being made. This investment has risk. Second, we will not know the returns for 3-4 years. - Does Risk/Reward make sense? (this is opinion)

Why? It has the potential for a HUGE reward. While 10X is used in illustrations, detailed research has shown the potential for 20-50X returns. However, there is also the risk that something goes wrong and the entire investment is lost.
