Description:

Kabazzle manages your e-commerce store on platforms like Walmart, eBay, and Shopify, handling everything from setup to daily operations. This is an investment that is a business. Businesses can be sold over time (after scaling).

The minimum investment is $18,000 for two stores (Walmart plus either Shopify or eBay)

Watch the video presentation below for more details.

Return:

Kabazzle’s managed stores are designed to provide reliable cash flow:

  • Within nine months: Expected net cash flow of $1,000/month.
  • Between year one and two: Expected net cash flow of $3,000/month.

Actual results depend on your inventory investment and sales performance. On average, net cash flow equals ~15% of inventory spending, which varies based on:

  • Dropshipping: Lower profitability, as goods are purchased one at a time.
  • Wholesale purchases: Moderate profitability using bulk purchases via credit card (e.g., Sam’s Club, Costco).
  • Direct (bulk buy) from manufacturer/distributor: Highest profitability.
  • Product type: Higher margins with items like electronics and jewelry; lower with non-perishable groceries.

Risk:

Every investment has risks. Here are key factors to consider:

  • Platform Suspension:
    • The primary risk is having your store suspended.
    • Kabazzle minimizes this by strictly following platform rules and acting quickly if suspensions occur.
  • Capital Requirements:
    • Initial inventory capital is typically $5,000.
    • Store growth depends on additional capital availability. Kabazzle partners with third parties to provide inventory funding (not for initial investments).
  • Economic Downturns:
    • Sales may slow during recessions (typically ~5-10%), but stores often hedge against inflation, as rising product prices increase cash flow.

*This is not a comprehensive list of risks but highlights potential challenges to achieving expected results.

Liquidity:

  • Sales revenue is deposited into your account based on platform schedules, typically every 14 days or more frequently.
  • This opportunity does not allow for withdrawing your initial investment, as it funds store setup over the first six months.
  • You can sell your store once it’s established and generating cash flow, often at a significant profit.

Tax Consequences:

  • Initial investments are typically deductible as business expenses.
  • Net profits are usually taxed as income, but tax treatment may vary. Please consult a tax advisor for specifics.

Due Diligence:

  1. Is it real? (not a scam)
10.0 on a scale of 1-10. We are 100% positive this is not a scam.
Why? It was founded and is owned by 12 members of Unbroken Investing.
It is built to manage their stores as well as the stores of other members.
  2. Are returns as promised?
    7.0 on a scale of 1-10.
If a “5” on the scale equals “we have no idea” then it is better than that.
The only reason it is not higher is just lack of time.
The oldest stores started in late 2024. The profits are as good as–if not slightly better than– what was expected.
As the return history becomes longer, this rating will climb.
  3. Does Risk/Reward make sense? (this is opinion)
    9.0 on a scale of 1-10.
Why? A score of 10 would be an investment that has no risk and super high returns. That is nearly impossible to find, but his is pretty close.
A return of 10-20% per month is a lot of reward…and yet the risk of total loss is very low. The risk of not getting back AT LEAST your initial investment is also pretty low.
