1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1.1 By enrolling in the Unbroken Investing community ("Program") provided by Unbroken Investing, LLC ("Company"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is available to individuals who are residents of the United States and Canada. It is for personal use only. Not for business or commercial use.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the Program.

3. Program Description

3.1 The Program provides investment opportunities, educational videos, group coaching calls, and an online social community for members to communicate.

3.2 The information provided in the Program is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. Participants are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making any investment decisions.

3.3 The Program content is provided via the internet. We are not responsible for third party providers, such as domain hosts and apps.

3.4 The Company has established relationships with some key providers and may earn an affiliate or referral fee from time to time.

4. Registration and Payment

4.1 To enroll in the Program, participants must complete the registration process and submit the required payment.

4.2 Payment is non-refundable once the participant gains access to the Program.


5. Participation

5.1 Participants are strongly encouraged to watch the video content, utilize activities provided, participate in the community, and schedule one-on-one calls with the Community Coordinator in order to receive the full benefits of the program.

5.2 Participants acknowledge that it would be inappropriate to make any negative comments about the program publicly if the Participant did not utilize the entirety of the Program that is offered. Such negative comments are a violation of these Terms and Conditions.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 The Company provides educational resources, access to investment opportunities from third parties, and a community of other investors to communicate with. We do not guarantee returns, earnings, principal or any other outcomes. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors including individual education, strategy, effort, and resources as well as which third party opportunities are selected and factors beyond control, such as market conditions.

6.2 The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided in the Program.

6.3 The Company does not participate in any gains or losses experienced by the Participant.

6.4 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to financial loss, arising from the use of the information provided in the Program.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to the Program for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.


12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana.


13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.


14. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

14.1 All materials, content, and intellectual property provided within the Investment Coaching Program, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and any other form of information ("Materials"), are the exclusive property of Unbroken Investing, LLC.

14.2 Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise use the Materials for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.

14.3 Participants acknowledge that the Materials are confidential and proprietary, and they agree to treat such information with the utmost confidentiality.

14.4 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of the Materials may result in legal action by the Company to protect its intellectual property rights.

14.5 Participants agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or other technology forming part of the Materials.

14.6 The obligations of confidentiality and non-disclosure extend beyond the termination of participation in the Program.

14.7 In the event of a breach of this section, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, or any other appropriate legal remedy available under the applicable laws.

By enrolling in the Unbroken Investing Program, participants expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by the intellectual property and non-disclosure provisions outlined in this section.
