Description:

This is a fund created by the Unbroken Investing community to enable more investors to participate in the BTC Alpha Fund from 1.2 Capital because this fund has a $10K minimum instead of the $100K minimum of the BTC Alpha Fund

Return:

The BTC Alpha Fund has average of 73% per year the past 5 years. Worst year earned more than 50%. Our goal is to average 50% per year after all fees. Past performance is no guarantee of future performance.

Risk:

The biggest risk is that their completely wrong about a trend. This could cause a loss, but probably not a loss of 100% of the investment.

Liquidity:

This fund follows the liquidity rules of the BTC Alpha Fund, which is that that principle not be moved for 12 months but gains can be withdrawn quarterly.

Tax Consequences:

Treated like a mutual fund with short or long term capital gains and capital losses.

What the Process Looks Like: 

This fund can only be entered (or withdrawn from) at the end of each quarter. Reach out to Lewis to get the documentation.

   10.0 on a scale of 1-10.
   Why? It has been set up by us...for us.
2. Do they pay as promised?
   The fund was just launched in July of 2025 and we are still waiting on the first results.
3. Does Risk/Reward make sense? (this is opinion)
   8.0 on a scale of 1-10.
   Why? Based on prior performance of the BTC Alpha Fund, this fund would have earned an average of more than 50% per year with no years below 40%.
